Every month. Tell us who you sell to. Every month we send a spreadsheet of matching South Florida businesses, each with a name, street address, published phone number and Google rating. First list within 48 hours. From $1,000 a month, quoted on a short call. Phone number on every row First list in 48 hours Month to month Request my first list +1 (954) 952-3611 02 What a lead is ## Four fields. Nothing padded. Every row is a real business you could drive to. We would rather send you 60 rows you can call than 300 you have to clean. ## Business name The registered or trading name, as it appears on its public listing. ## Street address Where the business operates, so you can plan a route or check it is actually in your territory. ## Phone number The published business line. Every row has one; a row without a phone number does not count toward your list. ## Google rating The current star rating and review count, so you can tell an established shop from a brand-new one before you dial. 03 How it works ## Signup to spreadsheet in 48 hours. Your vertical and area are set once at signup and changed any time by email. No dashboard to learn. Step 01 ## Tell us who you sell to One form, two minutes. What you sell, the kind of business that buys it, and the cities you cover. That becomes your standing order. Step 02 ## We pull and check the list We compile matching businesses from public business listings and Florida public records, drop anything without a phone number, and remove duplicates and businesses you already told us to skip. Step 03 ## It lands in your inbox A spreadsheet you can open in Google Sheets or Excel, first one within 48 hours of signup and then a fresh list every month. Reply to the email to change your vertical or area. 04 Who it is for ## Businesses that sell to other businesses. If a company in Broward, Palm Beach or Miami-Dade could be your customer, we can put it on a list. A few of the categories this fits best: 01 ## Bookkeepers and accountants New LLCs and established shops that need the books kept. 02 ## Commercial cleaning and maintenance Offices, clinics, restaurants and retail in your route. 03 ## Insurance and payroll Businesses with staff, a storefront or a fleet. 04 ## IT, phone and security Multi-location and professional offices. 05 ## Signage, print and uniforms Storefront businesses that open, rebrand or expand. 06 ## Commercial landscaping and pest control Properties with grounds to keep. 05 The fine print, up front ## What we do not do. Lead vendors get a bad name by overpromising. These are the lines we hold so you know exactly what you are paying for. 01 ## No personal emails or home addresses Rows are businesses, not people. We do not collect owners' personal email addresses, mobile numbers or home addresses, and we do not scrape social networks. 02 ## No guarantee anyone buys A list is a list. We stand behind the rows being real businesses with a working published number; we do not promise a close rate, and we say so in writing. 03 ## You make the calls, you follow the rules Telemarketing, do-not-call and email laws apply to whoever does the outreach. We can walk you through the basics on the call, and we are not lawyers. 04 ## If your customers are homeowners, say so A business list is the wrong product for a residential plumber or a roofer. Book the call anyway and we will tell you that plainly instead of selling you the wrong thing. 06 Pricing ## From $1,000 a month. The exact number depends on how many rows you want and how narrow the target is. We quote it on a short call, before you pay anything. One row in a spreadsheet: a real South Florida business with its name, street address, published phone number and current Google rating. If a row has no phone number it is not counted. Where does the data come from? Publicly available business listings and Florida public records, the same sources a person could look up by hand. We compile, check and de-duplicate them so you do not have to. How fast is the first list? Within 48 hours of signup, by email, as a spreadsheet. Every list after that arrives monthly. Can I change who I am targeting? Yes. Your vertical and area are set at signup and changed any time by replying to the delivery email. The change applies to the next list. What does it cost? Subscriptions start from $1,000 a month. The exact number depends on how many rows you want each month and how narrow the target is, and we quote it on a short call before you pay anything. Is there a contract? Month to month. Cancel by email and the next list simply does not go out. Do you make the calls for me? Not as part of this subscription. You get the list; your team does the outreach. If you want the website, social and ads handled too, that is the Growth plan on the pricing page. Is this legal? Compiling a list of businesses from public sources is. How the list is used is the subscriber's responsibility: telemarketing, do-not-call and commercial email rules apply to whoever makes contact. This is general information, not legal advice. ## Your next customers are already listed. Tell us who you sell to and your first list is in your inbox within 48 hours. Month to month, no contract. Trustworthy, loyal, helpful, thrifty, those aren’t slogans on a wall to us. They’re how we price, how we communicate, and how we treat every local owner we work with. A Scout does a good turn daily. We just do it for South Florida small businesses. ## Trustworthy Transparent flat pricing and no surprise invoices, ever. You always know exactly what you’re paying. ## Loyal We treat your business like our own, month after month, not just until the contract renews. ## Helpful We actually answer the phone, and we measure success by customers through your door. ## Thrifty Scout thrift, applied to your budget. A small business in Pompano Beach should have access to the same digital firepower as a Fortune 500 brand. The seven questions that come up on nearly every pricing call. Read the full FAQ What does a lead subscription cost? From $1,000 a month, month to month. The exact number depends on how many rows you want each month and how narrow the target is, so it is quoted on a short call before you pay anything. Every row is a real South Florida business with a name, street address, published phone number and Google rating, and the first list arrives within 48 hours of signup. What does it cost to work with Sun Coast Digital Media? Two simple paths besides the lead subscription. A one-time Foundation website build runs from $500 (Starter) to $1,500 (Premium) depending on size. A monthly Growth subscription runs from $600 (Starter) to $1,500 (Elite) and bundles your website, social, ongoing GEO, and a managed ad budget into one flat price. Is the ad budget really included? Yes. Every Growth plan includes a managed ad budget inside the flat monthly price, we plan, run, and optimize the campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google. The price is the price: you will never get a separate ad-spend invoice. What is the difference between Foundation and Growth? Foundation is a one-time website you own outright. Growth is an all-in-one monthly engine, website plus 3 to 6 social platforms, managed ads, ongoing GEO, and reporting, built to keep new customers coming in month after month. Do I have to sign a long contract? No. Growth subscriptions are month-to-month, cancel anytime. Annual contracts are optional and save you 10% on Pro or 15% on Elite. Foundation builds are a one-time purchase, with payment plans available. Who owns the website? You do. It is a custom build, not a rented template, yours to keep. What does an Airbnb walkthrough video cost? $500 per video, with no subscription and no contract. A room-by-room walkthrough covering every room from the exterior to the closing shot, delivered silent in 2 to 3 business days so you can drop in your own music or voiceover. Prefer to talk first? Personal brand · Short-form video ## From zero to 1.2K+ followers and 1 million+ views in 30 days. Miles Stanislaw · @themilesstanislaw · Miami, FL Miles Stanislaw is 83 years old, a national waterski champion, a career litigator and the author of “The Worm Farmer.” He came to Sun Coast with no audience online. We build the account: a weekly shoot with Miles, short-form video on a near-daily cadence, and a production pipeline that turns raw phone footage into retention-cut vertical video, the claim on screen inside the first second, captions burned in, and the audio rebuilt so every word lands over wind and boat noise. 1,051,230views in 30 days, 98.8% from people who did not follow him 660,163unique viewers in the same window 1.3Kfollowers, from zero in late August 790,528views on his best reel to date, across the original and one repost The three reels that carry it 790,528“83 years old. 38 years sober.” 347,252 on the original post, 443,276 on the repost.Watch on Instagram23,361“83 years old. Here’s what he eats.”Watch on Instagram11,913“Actually 83.” On the water, in his own words.Watch on Instagram Read the case study → None of that reach came from an existing audience. Miles had no followers and no attention online before this account started posting, so every view above was earned from a standing start. Instagram’s own daily chart is flat until the last week of August. The biggest single thing we did in this window was not a new video. One reel had done 347,252 views, so we posted it again with different audio. That repost has done 443,276 on its own, more than the original earned, and it is why the account’s best day was its last. Knowing which reel is worth running again, and when, is part of the service: 27 posts in about a month, every one measured, and the winners put back into rotation. The account continues to grow week over week under Sun Coast’s management. We are not projecting where it goes next, and nobody honestly can. What is above is what the platform reported for one stated window. Figures read from Instagram Insights for @themilesstanislaw: views, viewers and the non-follower share cover the 30 days from 25 August to 23 September 2026; the follower count is from the profile as at 24 September 2026. The per-post view counts are read from each post’s own Insights panel, current as at 24 September 2026. The account began posting in late August 2026, so the earliest days of that window sit before the first post. A 30-day window is a rolling one, and the figure moves as the window moves. The view count on each reel shown here is that post’s lifetime total as at 24 September 2026, so it is not confined to the 30-day window, and the first reel was published twice, which is why its two figures are given separately. The 30-day view total also counts reels published to non-followers as trials, which Instagram does not show on the profile, so the posts visible on the grid will not add up to it. These are the client’s own platform numbers, published with their source and measurement window, not an agency-calculated result. ## Let’s build your business. Book a free 15-minute call. Decades Sales Partners is a sales performance consultancy for B2B technology and financial-services organizations, founded by Beth Benkowski and based in Fort Lauderdale. The practice covers sales playbook creation, compensation design, territory and quota planning, recruiting, coaching, and quarterly business reviews. decadessalespartners.com 24 June 202620 September 2026 Drag the handle. Both frames are unretouched full-width captures of the same homepage, taken on the dates shown. Both are our own builds: the June one was the first pass, the September one is what is live now. This is a redesign of our own work, not a rescue of someone else’s. Decades Sales Partners · Fort Lauderdale, FL Beth’s career spans 35 years of over-quota performance across Computer Associates, Interwoven, SAP, Salesforce, Splunk, Dataiku, UiPath and Adobe, through four IPOs, two unicorns and three exits. Conversion Web DesignGenerative Engine Optimization Visit decadessalespartners.com 01 The brief ## The credential was the product This was not a business that needed lead volume. It needed a website that could carry a senior, expensive, one-to-one advisory service to buyers who are themselves sales executives, an audience that reads a homepage the way a hiring manager reads a résumé. The hard part was proportion. Thirty-five years across eight marquee companies is a lot of credential, and presented badly it reads as a wall of logos rather than a reason to book a call. The site had to state the track record precisely enough to be believed and briefly enough to stay confident. 02 What we built ## Six decisions that shaped the build. 01 ## A homepage built around one claim “Three decades of over-quota performance, built into your sales org.” Everything above the fold supports that single sentence, with the career detail placed immediately below it as evidence rather than as decoration. 02 ## The track record as structured evidence The companies carried, and the four figures that matter, 35+ years, four IPOs, every major technology shift, and senior one-to-one advisory, presented as a compact evidence block instead of a logo wall. 03 ## Six service lines, each independently sellable Playbook creation, compensation design, territory and quota planning, recruiting and hiring, coaching and opportunity inspection, and QBRs and events. Numbered and separable, because engagements arrive one line at a time as often as end to end. 04 ## Methodology named explicitly MEDDPICC is stated on the page rather than implied. For this buyer, naming the qualification framework is a credential in itself, and it is precisely the kind of specific term that makes a page findable and quotable. 05 ## A founder section in her own voice A direct quote from Beth, and a biography that reads as a career rather than a bio blurb. For a one-to-one advisory practice, the founder page is the product page. 06 ## Two ways to start Book a call, or request a quote for a scoped engagement. Two paths rather than one, because a consultancy buyer arrives at different stages of readiness. 03 Why we made those calls ## Decisions worth explaining We resisted adding case studies with numbers. The engagements are confidential and the results belong to the clients, so inventing a “+42% pipeline” tile would have been both false and, to this audience, obviously false. The credibility comes from specificity about the career instead. The site leads with the consultancy and lets the founder section carry the personality, rather than the other way round. A personal-brand-first structure would have made the practice look smaller than it is. It is built as a fast, static, mobile-first site engineered for Core Web Vitals, with structured data describing the practice and its service lines, so both search engines and AI assistants can read what Decades does and who it is for without guessing. On results. The site is live at decadessalespartners.com. We are not publishing traffic or conversion figures for it, the engagement was a design and build, the measurement window belongs to the client, and we do not publish numbers we have not independently verified. We would rather publish a case study with no numbers than one with numbers we cannot stand behind. If you want figures from a prospective agency, ask how they were measured and over what window, the answer is usually more revealing than the figure. 04 More work ## Other builds High-protein brownies · Pompano Beach ## LifeMaxx A pre-order storefront for a brownie that has to sell twice. LifeMaxx makes high-protein brownies by hand in a cottage kitchen in Pompano Beach, Florida, and ships them anywhere in the state. Each brownie carries 15g of protein and 8g of fiber, is sweetened with allulose and only a hint of sugar, and is sold in an 8-pack at $20 or a 24-pack at $60, plus shipping. supermaxx.shop LifeMaxx · Pompano Beach, FL The launch ran as a pre-order against a limited first production run: orders are taken up front, baked in small batches, and every order is confirmed within three business days. Conversion Web Design Visit supermaxx.shop 01 The brief ## A product that has to sell twice A high-protein dessert has to clear two objections in a row, and they pull in opposite directions. First: will this actually taste like a brownie, or like a protein bar with ambitions. Second: is the macro claim real, or is it a label trick. Win the first and lose the second and you have sold a treat to someone who is cutting; win the second and lose the first and nobody buys a second box. On top of that, the site was launching as a pre-order with no reviews, no shelf presence and no established brand, so every gram of trust had to come from the page itself. 02 What we built ## Six decisions that shaped the build. 01 ## A headline that names the trade-off it removes “Keep cutting without cutting dessert.” It states the customer’s actual problem in their own language rather than describing the product, so the page answers the objection before anyone has to scroll for it. 02 ## The formulation shown, not asserted Protein from whey and mung bean isolate, fiber from oat flour and psyllium husk, sweetened with allulose. Naming the actual inputs is what separates a real macro claim from a label trick, and it is the detail a skeptical buyer goes looking for. 03 ## Allulose explained on the page A short, plain explanation, a rare sugar at roughly 0.4 calories per gram that is not metabolized the way table sugar is. Most visitors have never heard of it, and an unexplained ingredient reads as a red flag rather than a feature. 04 ## Two packs, two different buyers An 8-pack at $20 to try it, a 24-pack at $60 to stock the cut. Two price points rather than a single SKU, because a first-time buyer and a repeat buyer arrive with completely different questions. 05 ## “Made by Hand, Maxed by Design” the process as four steps Sweetened with allulose, protein folded into every brownie, fudgy and fully baked, packed and shipped to your door. Four numbered steps that do the work a photograph cannot: show that a small cottage kitchen is a deliberate choice, not a limitation. 06 ## Pre-order terms stated in plain sight Handmade in small batches, pre-orders open, ships across all of Florida, every order confirmed within three business days. A pre-order asks for money before delivery, so the terms belong on the page rather than buried in a policy link. 03 Why we made those calls ## Decisions worth explaining We wrote no health, weight-loss or medical claims. The page states the macros, the ingredients and what allulose is, and stops there. For a food brand, an unsourced health claim is a regulatory problem before it is ever a credibility one. It is built as a fast, static, mobile-first site rather than a hosted store template. A pre-order launch is a traffic spike into a page with one job, and a template would have carried a lot of weight the brand does not use yet. The origin, handmade, in a cottage kitchen, in Pompano Beach, is stated as a plain fact in the headline area and repeated in the footer, rather than tucked into an About page. It is the detail a local search or an AI assistant needs to answer “who makes protein brownies in South Florida”. On results. The store is live at supermaxx.shop and the build is complete. We are publishing no sales, order or traffic figures for this client, the engagement was a design and build, and we do not publish numbers we have not independently verified. We would rather publish a case study with no numbers than one with numbers we cannot stand behind. Everglades Bookkeeping is a Florida bookkeeping practice run by Kristian Barnett, a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. It keeps books CPA-ready year round for marketing agency owners, freelancers and solo operators, and AI and automation studios. evergladesbookkeeping.com Everglades Bookkeeping · Florida · service area The offer is deliberately narrow: monthly bookkeeping, cleanup and catch-up work, and QuickBooks management, on flat monthly pricing rather than hourly billing. Conversion Web Design Visit evergladesbookkeeping.com 01 The brief ## The domain was already doing a job This was not an empty domain. It was running a GoDaddy Website Builder site, and the same domain carried live Microsoft 365 email, the practice’s actual inbox, and the address clients send financial documents to. That inverts the risk of a normal launch. A website that goes down for an hour is an inconvenience. Mail that stops arriving at a bookkeeper mid-season is a business problem, and it is the kind of failure a rebuild causes quietly and discovers late. 02 What we built ## Six decisions that shaped the build. 01 ## A static site with no build step Twenty-eight flat files, no framework and no page builder. There is nothing in the stack that can expire, need patching, or stop rendering because a plugin updated. 02 ## Mail records moved before anything else Every existing DNS record was recreated on the new nameservers and checked against the original zone first. The web records changed only after the mail records were verified in place, so the inbox never depended on the migration going right. 03 ## The mail CNAMEs left unproxied An automated DNS import defaults every record to proxied, which breaks Outlook autodiscover and Teams lookups. Those records were set back to DNS-only by hand, a detail that only shows up as a client complaint days later. 04 ## A contact form that fails honestly The form posts to a third-party endpoint and falls back to a plain mailto link if the request fails, rather than showing a success message for a message nobody got. 05 ## Crawler access checked at the edge, not just in robots.txt The site allows answer-engine and AI crawlers explicitly. A hosting-level setting was overriding that and blocking them before robots.txt was ever read, so it was turned off and the block verified as lifted. 06 ## Nothing loaded from anyone else’s servers Self-hosted fonts, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no external scripts. For a practice that handles client financial records, that is a claim worth being able to make and worth being able to prove. 03 Why we made those calls ## Decisions worth explaining Security posture was written down before it was published. The site describes specific controls, and each claim was put to the client to confirm rather than asserted on his behalf, describing a control that does not exist turns a gap into a misrepresentation. Strict transport security was added only after HTTPS was confirmed working on both the apex and www. It is a one-way door: browsers that have seen it refuse plain HTTP for a year, so shipping it early would have been a trap rather than a hardening step. On results. The site is live at evergladesbookkeeping.com and mail moved without an interruption. We are publishing no traffic, ranking or client-acquisition figures for this engagement, it was a build and a migration, and we do not publish numbers we have not independently measured. Read the full case study How we make them ## A repeatable pipeline, not a lucky clip. Every reel goes through the same six steps. 01 ## One shoot, many cuts A weekly sitting produces several reels at once. That is what makes a near-daily posting cadence possible for someone with a life to get on with. 02 ## The claim on screen in the first second Every reel opens with the line that makes a thumb stop. It is text, not narration, because the first second is usually watched with the sound off. 03 ## Cut for retention, not for length Dead air, restarts and filler words come out. What is left is the story at the pace a phone screen rewards. 04 ## Captions burned in Captions are part of the picture rather than a platform overlay, so the reel reads the same muted, reposted, or on a screen that hides the interface. 05 ## The audio rebuilt Wind, engines and a microphone that moves. The voice is cleaned, levelled and mixed so every word lands. 06 ## Post, measure, repeat the winner What performs gets made again. The best reel on the account was posted a second time with different audio and has done 443,276 views of its own, more than the original did. It is unrelated to Sun Coast Media Group, the newspaper publisher in Punta Gorda, and unrelated to the separately registered Suncoast Digital LLC (L26000147528). 03 Questions about these reviews ## Straight answers. How many reviews does Sun Coast Digital Media have? Sun Coast Digital Media is rated 5.0 out of 5 on its Google Business Profile. This page reproduces 3 of those reviews in full, word for word. The profile itself is the authoritative count, it is public, and it updates the moment anything changes. Are these reviews verified? Yes. They are Google reviews left on the Sun Coast Digital Media Google Business Profile, which requires a Google account and is publicly visible. They are not testimonials collected privately and typed onto a website. Do you edit or select which reviews appear here? We select. This page shows a selection rather than the complete list, and we would rather say that plainly than let you assume otherwise. What we do not do is edit: every review reproduced here is word for word, in full, with nothing trimmed from inside it. To read everything anyone has written, including anything not reproduced here, go to the Google Business Profile, it is public and we cannot curate it. Do you offer anything in exchange for a review? No. Sun Coast Digital Media does not offer discounts, gifts or incentives for reviews, and does not write or script them. Incentivized reviews violate Google policy and are usually obvious to read anyway. Why are there so few reviews? Sun Coast Digital Media was founded in 2026. A handful of verified reviews is what a founder-led agency has genuinely earned in that time. An agency of this age showing two hundred reviews would be worth asking questions about. Alex Alligan does the work himself, nothing is handed to a junior team or offshored. The names are similar and the two are frequently confused; they have no connection of any kind. It is also unrelated to Suncoast Digital LLC (Florida document number L26000147528), a separately registered company with a similar name. The entity behind this site is Sun Coast Digital Media LLC, Florida document number L26000306690, verified against the Division of Corporations record on 9 August 2026. Sun Coast Digital Media is a member of the NVIDIA Inception Program, NVIDIA’s global program for startups. Membership is not an endorsement, a certification, or a paid placement. Is Sun Coast Digital Media the same as Sun Coast Media Group? No. Sun Coast Digital Media LLC is a digital marketing agency founded in 2026 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Sun Coast Media Group is a newspaper publisher based in Punta Gorda, Florida. They are unrelated companies with no shared ownership. Who owns Sun Coast Digital Media? Sun Coast Digital Media LLC is owned and run by its founder, Alex Alligan. There are no outside investors. 02 Question 02 ## What does Sun Coast Digital Media do? Sun Coast Digital Media’s main product is a monthly lead list: a spreadsheet of South Florida businesses that match who a client sells to, each with a business name, street address, published phone number and Google rating, compiled from public listings and records, with the first list delivered within 48 hours of signup and priced from $1,000 a month. It also builds custom websites, runs social media management across up to six platforms, and produces Airbnb and property walkthrough video. Generative Engine Optimization, local SEO and managed paid advertising are included in that work rather than sold separately. The work is organized as three things done properly rather than a menu of deliverables. A one-time Foundation build gives a business a website it owns outright. A monthly Growth subscription runs the website, the social, the ongoing Generative Engine Optimization and a managed ad budget as a single system under one flat price. Property video is a flat $500 per video with no subscription. Sun Coast Digital Media does not sell anything it has not run inside its own business first. The AI visibility tooling operates on Sun Coast’s own accounts before it is used for a client. What is in a lead list? One row per business: name, street address, published phone number and current Google rating. Rows without a phone number are dropped, duplicates are removed, and the target vertical and area are set at signup and changed any time by email. Data comes from public business listings and Florida public records; no personal emails, mobile numbers or home addresses are collected. What is Generative Engine Optimization? Generative Engine Optimization, or GEO, is the practice of getting a business named inside AI-generated answers. ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google’s AI Overviews, rather than only in traditional search results. Does Sun Coast Digital Media build websites, or only run marketing? Both. Foundation builds are one-time custom website projects the client owns outright, starting at $500. Growth subscriptions include the website as part of the monthly plan. What is the Airbnb walkthrough video? A polished, room-by-room walkthrough video for an Airbnb or rental listing, every room covered from the exterior to the closing shot, delivered silent in two to three business days so the host can add their own music or voiceover. $500 per video, no subscription and no contract. 03 Question 03 ## Where is Sun Coast Digital Media located? Sun Coast Digital Media is based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. It is a service-area business with no public street address, serving Broward, Palm Beach and Miami-Dade counties. The three counties are Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach, covering Parkland, Coral Springs, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, Coconut Creek, Pompano Beach, Palm Beach, Miami and Bal Harbour. Work outside those three counties is considered case by case. Sun Coast Digital Media would rather say plainly that it has no office in a city than claim a presence it does not have. Does Sun Coast Digital Media have an office I can visit? No. Sun Coast Digital Media is a service-area business and does not publish a street address. Consultations happen by phone or video, and on-site visits are arranged directly. Which counties does Sun Coast Digital Media serve? Broward, Palm Beach and Miami-Dade counties in South Florida. 04 Question 04 ## Who is Sun Coast Digital Media for? Sun Coast Digital Media works with owner-run small businesses in South Florida, trades and home services, medical and dental practices, restaurants and hospitality, professional services, salons and studios, marine and specialty retail. The common thread is an owner who is close to the business and does not have, or want, a five-figure monthly retainer. The published pricing exists so that a small business can see the number before making contact. Sun Coast Digital Media does not work with two direct competitors in the same category in the same city. In a crowded local market that would mean working against an existing client. Is there a minimum business size? No. Some clients are single-operator businesses. If a monthly subscription is not the right fit, a one-time Foundation build with no ongoing commitment is a normal outcome. Do you work with businesses outside South Florida? Occasionally, case by case. The published service area is three South Florida counties, and the local-search advantage Sun Coast offers is strongest inside it. 05 Question 05 ## How much does Sun Coast Digital Media cost? Sun Coast Digital Media publishes its prices. One-time Foundation website builds run $500 to $1,500. Monthly Growth subscriptions run $600 to $1,500 and include the website, social, ongoing GEO and a managed ad budget in one flat price. Airbnb and property walkthrough video is $500 per video with no subscription. Foundation Starter is $500 one-time, Foundation Pro $750, Foundation Premium $1,500. Optional hosting and care runs $75 to $150 a month depending on tier. Growth Starter is $600 a month, Growth Pro $1,000, Growth Elite $1,500. Growth subscriptions are month-to-month and can be canceled at any time. Annual contracts are optional and save 10% on Pro or 15% on Elite. Property video is $500 per video, billed per video rather than monthly. The exact figure for any engagement is scoped in the free call and does not change after signing. Sun Coast Digital Media does not bill hourly and does not invoice separately for advertising. A managed ad budget is inside the Growth price. Is the ad budget really included? Yes. Every Growth plan includes a managed ad budget inside the flat monthly price, across Meta, TikTok and Google. There is never a separate advertising invoice. Who owns the website? The client does. It is a custom build, not a rented template, theirs to keep. Is there a long contract? No. Growth subscriptions are month-to-month and can be canceled any time. Foundation builds are a one-time purchase, with payment plans available. 06 Question 06 ## How do I contact Sun Coast Digital Media? Call or text Sun Coast Digital Media on +1 (954) 952-3611, or book a free 15 to 30 minute mockup call through the contact page at suncoastdigitalmedia.com/contact. The first call is free and there is no obligation. Sun Coast Digital Media brings a custom mockup of the prospective site, plus an assessment of the business’s current visibility across Google and the AI answer engines. The client keeps that assessment whether or not they hire the company. Sun Coast Digital Media can also be reached on Instagram at @suncoastdigitalmedia and on LinkedIn at linkedin.com/company/sun-coast-digital. What happens on the free call? Fifteen to thirty minutes. Sun Coast reviews the business’s current site, Google Business Profile and AI visibility, shows a mockup, and gives a straight assessment of what it would change and roughly what that costs. No obligation either way. How quickly does Sun Coast Digital Media respond? Text is the fastest route. Calls to +1 (954) 952-3611 are answered directly or returned the same business day. 07 Question 07 ## What do South Florida owners ask most? Four questions come up on almost every call: who builds small business websites locally, what one costs, what Generative Engine Optimization actually is, and which areas Sun Coast Digital Media covers. Who builds websites for small businesses in Pompano Beach? Sun Coast Digital Media builds custom, mobile-first websites for small businesses in Pompano Beach and across South Florida. Every site is live in 5 to 7 days and engineered for Google and AI search. ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity, so local customers can find you. How much does a small business website cost in Fort Lauderdale? Sun Coast Digital Media offers one-time Foundation website builds from $500 to $1,500 depending on size, or all-in-one monthly Growth plans from $600 to $1,500 that bundle the website, hosting, social, ongoing GEO, and a managed ad budget into one flat price, with no surprise invoices. What is Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)? Generative Engine Optimization is optimizing your business so it appears inside AI answers. ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity, not just Google’s blue links. As more people ask AI for recommendations, GEO is how new customers discover you. What areas does Sun Coast Digital Media serve? Sun Coast Digital Media serves three South Florida counties. Eighteen definitions, no jargon defended for its own sake. If a term below is being used on you without explanation, that is usually worth asking about. Last reviewed 1 August 2026 Getting foundThe websiteAdvertising & socialHow we work ## 01 Getting found 9 terms ## Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) The practice of structuring a business so that AI assistants name it when someone asks them for a recommendation. Traditional SEO competes for ten blue links. An AI assistant asked “who should I call” names two or three businesses. Being fourth-best has a very different consequence in the second case. ## Local SEO Everything that decides whether a business appears when someone nearby searches for what it sells, chiefly the Google Business Profile, location signals on the website, and reviews. For a service business, local SEO usually moves more revenue than everything else combined. It is also the part most often left half-configured. ## Map pack The block of three local businesses shown on a map above the ordinary results for a local search. Three slots, and they take the majority of the clicks. In a crowded category like dentistry or auto repair, map pack position is close to the whole competition. ## Google Business Profile The free listing that controls how a business appears in Google Search and Google Maps, including its category, hours, service area, photos and reviews. It is the single highest-leverage asset a local business owns, and it is free. A profile in the wrong primary category can suppress a business that is otherwise doing everything right. ## Service-area business A business that travels to its customers rather than serving them at a storefront, and that therefore publishes a service radius instead of a street address. Configured as a storefront by mistake, a service-area business becomes invisible outside its own postcode. Sun Coast Digital Media is itself a service-area business. ## NAP consistency Using an identical business name, address and phone number in every place the business appears online. A second phone number floating around on old listings splits one strong business into two weak ones as far as search engines are concerned. It is boring, and it is worth fixing first. ## Entity The single real-world organization that a search or AI system believes all the mentions of a name refer to. When two companies share a similar name, systems can merge or confuse them. Sun Coast Digital Media publishes an explicit disambiguation separating it from Sun Coast Media Group for exactly this reason. ## Schema markup Structured data embedded in a page that states in machine-readable form what the page is about, the business, its services, its prices, its reviews. It is the difference between a machine guessing what a business does and being told. Every page Sun Coast builds ships with it. ## llms.txt A plain-text file at the root of a website that summarizes the whole site for large language models, in the way robots.txt addresses crawlers. It is a convention rather than an enforced standard, but it costs nothing and it gives an AI system a clean, unambiguous version of the facts. ## 02 The website 3 terms ## Core Web Vitals Google’s measurements of how quickly a page becomes usable, how stable it is while loading, and how fast it responds to a tap. A slow site loses customers before it loses rankings. On a phone in a driveway on a marginal signal, a heavy page-builder theme simply does not open. ## AI extractability How easily a machine can read a page and pull an accurate, quotable statement out of it. A key fact locked inside an image, a slider, or a script that only runs on click is invisible to the systems increasingly deciding who gets recommended. ## Conversion rate The share of visitors who do the thing the page exists for, call, book, submit the form. Doubling traffic and doubling conversion rate produce the same revenue, but one of them is usually much cheaper. It is the first place to look before buying more clicks. ## 03 Advertising & social 2 terms ## Retargeting Showing ads specifically to people who have already visited the website or engaged with the business. It is almost always the cheapest advertising a small business can run, because the audience has already raised its hand once. ## Review velocity The rate at which a business earns new reviews over time, as distinct from its total count or average score. A steady trickle of recent reviews outperforms a large pile that stopped two years ago. Recency is a signal in its own right. ## 04 How we work 2 terms ## Implement-before-sell The rule that Sun Coast Digital Media runs a system inside its own business before offering it to a client. It is why the service list is short rather than long. If it has not survived contact with our own operations, it is not for sale. ## Managed ad budget Advertising money that sits inside a flat monthly price and is planned, run and optimized by the agency, rather than billed to the client separately. It is the reason a Sun Coast Growth plan has one number on it. The client never receives a surprise advertising invoice. A lot of agencies publish nine near-identical city pages with the name swapped. It does not help the reader and increasingly it does not help ranking either, search and AI systems are good at spotting it. Parkland is a low-density residential market where almost every provider is a service-area business. Coral Springs is a crowded commercial corridor where the map pack is the whole game. Palm Beach is seasonal and referral-led. Miami is the hardest market in the region and needs neighborhood targeting rather than a citywide blob. Parkland is where Sun Coast Digital Media started, and it is a strange place to sell a service. The city is almost entirely residential by design, low-density, master-planned, and deliberately short on strip malls. Most businesses serving Parkland households do not have a storefront in Parkland at all. They drive in. That changes what marketing has to do. You are not catching walk-by traffic on a commercial corridor, because there barely is one. You are being searched for, from a phone, inside a house in Heron Bay or Parkland Golf & Country Club, by someone who wants the job done this week. Serving Parkland as part of a three-county South Florida service area · +1 (954) 952-3611 01 The local read ## What actually gets found in Parkland The businesses that do well here are the ones a household calls repeatedly: pool service, landscaping, AC, pest control, tutoring, pediatric dentistry, personal training, pet care. Almost all of them are service-area businesses, the same as us, no public street address, a radius instead of a front door. That is a specific technical problem, not a general one. A service-area business that has its Google Business Profile configured like a storefront gets buried, because Google cannot work out which neighborhoods it actually covers. Getting that right is usually the single highest-leverage hour of work on a Parkland account, and it happens before anyone writes a word of ad copy. We did exactly this for our own profile on 1 August 2026. 02 ## A site that loads on a phone in a driveway Parkland searches happen on mobile, often on a marginal signal. Every build is engineered for Core Web Vitals first. No page-builder bloat, no six-second hero video. 03 ## Reviews that name the neighborhood A review that says “came out to Heron Bay same day” does more for local ranking than ten that say “great service”. We help you ask for the specific kind, without scripting anyone. How Parkland actually searches. A Parkland homeowner rarely types “landscaper Parkland FL”. They ask their phone something closer to “who can fix my sprinkler system this week near me” and increasingly they ask ChatGPT or Gemini instead of Google. Both need to be able to read your site and your profile and come back with your name. 03 Pricing ## The same published prices, everywhere we work. Coral Springs is the opposite problem to its neighbor. Where Parkland is quiet and residential, Coral Springs has real commercial density. Sample Road, University Drive, Wiles Road, and that means for almost any service you sell, there are already eight of you inside a three-mile radius. Density cuts both ways. There is far more demand here, and far more of it is transactional and repeat. But you are not competing on whether you exist. In a category that crowded, the map pack is the whole game, three slots, and everyone below them splits what is left. The lever is rarely “more content”. It is proximity, prominence and relevance in the combination Google actually weights: a profile in the right primary category, a site whose structure says plainly what you do and where, and a review velocity that does not stall for four months at a time. In priority order for this market, not a generic checklist. 01 ## Map pack position first Primary category, service list, photos with real recency, and a review cadence that keeps moving. In a saturated category this outranks almost anything you could do on the website. 02 ## Paid ads that stop when the phone is full Every Growth plan includes a managed ad budget across Meta, TikTok and Google. In a market this dense, pacing matters as much as targeting, we do not spend for the sake of spending. 03 ## Social that proves you are busy Twenty-plus posts a month across up to six platforms. In a category with eight competitors, a feed that has not moved since March is a signal, and not a good one. How Coral Springs actually searches. In a crowded Coral Springs category, AI assistants behave differently to Google: they tend to name two or three businesses, not ten. Being the fourth-best-optimized dentist in the city used to mean page one. Increasingly it means not being named at all. 03 Pricing ## The same published prices, everywhere we work. Can you help me outrank a competitor already in the Coral Springs map pack? Sometimes, and we will tell you honestly which. Map pack position is driven by proximity to the searcher, profile completeness and review signals. Proximity we cannot change; the other two we can, and in most crowded categories they are the ones being neglected. Is the ad budget really included in the monthly price? Yes. Every Growth plan includes a managed ad budget inside the flat monthly figure, we plan, run and optimize the campaigns. You will never receive a separate invoice for it. Do you work with more than one business in the same category here? Not in the same category in the same city. The hospitality side is seasonal, visual, and lives or dies on photos, hours and reviews. Professional services downtown are slow-cycle and trust-led, where a thin site actively costs you the inquiry. The mistake is running the same playbook across all three. A restaurant needs review velocity and current photos far more than it needs a 2,000-word services page. A marine specialist needs the opposite, depth, part numbers, and pages that answer a technical question precisely enough that an AI assistant will quote them. Boca Raton is the one market we serve where looking cheap costs you more than being expensive. The customer here is comparing you against practices with real marketing budgets, and a template site with stock photography reads as a smaller operation than you are. Nobody books these from a single search. They search, they read, they check reviews, they come back a week later. That means the site does more work in Boca than almost anywhere else we operate. It is not a brochure that supports the ad, it is the thing that decides whether the inquiry happens at all. Foundation Pro and Premium builds are the norm here for a reason. Coconut Creek sits between Coral Springs and Pompano Beach, and a lot of its businesses get treated as an afterthought by both. Agencies configure an account for “Broward” and assume the coverage takes care of itself. It does not. The city has a real commercial center of gravity around the Promenade and the Lyons Road corridor, plus a large residential base that shops locally out of habit rather than loyalty. That habit is winnable, and it is mostly won on convenience signals: hours, directions, parking, whether you answer the phone. Serving Coconut Creek as part of a three-county South Florida service area · +1 (954) 952-3611 01 The local read ## A local-habit market, not a destination market Very few people drive to Coconut Creek specifically. Brickell, Wynwood, Coral Gables, Little Havana and Doral behave like different cities with different customers. Targeting “Miami” as a single blob is the most common and most expensive mistake we see on inherited accounts. Language is the second. Four forms, one purpose: answering you. This site counts page views without cookies, sets no cookies of its own, and shares nothing for anyone else’s advertising. Below is the whole picture, in the order it actually happens. Effective 15 September 2026 ## What we collect, and only when you hand it to us This site has four forms. Nothing on it collects personal information any other way, there is no tracking pixel and no advertising tag. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views in aggregate; it sets no cookies, does not fingerprint you and does not follow you to other websites. The contact form asks for your name and email, and optionally your business, phone number, city and a message. The booking form asks for your name, email and the slot you want, and optionally your business, phone number and what you would like to cover. The lead list request form asks for your name, business, email, what you sell and who buys it, and optionally your phone number, an area and any businesses to skip or include. The Pulse waitlist asks for an email address and nothing else. Fields marked optional are genuinely optional. If you leave the phone number blank the form still submits, and we will reply by email. Our web host, Cloudflare, records the IP address of every request as part of running and protecting the site. That is ordinary server logging, we do not use it to build a profile of you, and we do not combine it with anything you type into a form. ## Why we have it To answer you. That is the whole purpose. A form submission becomes an email to our inbox and a reply from a person, usually the same business day. A booking request is checked against our diary by a person, and we confirm the time with you by email. A lead list request is used to build and deliver your list: what you sell and who buys it becomes the standing order for the businesses we compile each month, and the email address is where the list is sent. We keep submissions so we can pick up a conversation where it left off, and so we have a record of what was asked for and agreed. We do not sell personal information, we do not rent it, and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising. ## Where it actually goes A form submission is sent from your browser to FormSubmit, a form-to-email service, which delivers it to our inbox. The services below each process it only to deliver it to us. CloudflareHosts the site, serves it, and runs the bot check on the forms. Processes your IP address. FormSubmitReceives what you type into a form and emails it to us. It processes your submission and your IP address to deliver the message and filter spam. GoogleGmail is where the resulting email is received and kept. Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this site, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. Cloudflare Web Analytics also counts page views for us, in aggregate and without cookies. That is the complete list. No advertising network, no data broker, and no third party that receives your details for its own purposes. ## Cookies and tracking This site sets no cookies of its own, and there is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. One item is stored in your browser: a value called scd-intro, kept in session storage, which remembers that the opening animation has already played so you do not see it on every page. It contains no identifier, it is not sent to any server, and your browser discards it when you close the tab. Cloudflare may set a security cookie as part of the bot check on the forms, and Google may set cookies of its own if you follow a link to a Google service. Those are governed by their policies, not ours. Do Not Track: this site does not track you across other websites, so there is no cross-site tracking for a Do Not Track signal to switch off. We honor it by not doing the thing in the first place. We do not permit any third party to collect personally identifiable information about your activity across different sites through this one. ## How long we keep it Inquiries and bookings are kept while the conversation is live and for as long as we may reasonably need the record afterwards, for example to honor a quoted price or to answer a question about work we did. We are a small business, not an archive. If you would rather we did not keep your details, ask and we will delete them. ## Asking to see, correct or delete your details Email alexalligan@suncoastdigital.us or call (954) 952-3611 and tell us what you want. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will answer within a reasonable time and will not charge you for it. We may need to confirm you are the person the details belong to before we act, which usually means replying from the address you used. These are choices we offer everyone who contacts us, regardless of where they live, rather than a right that depends on your state. ## If your business appears on a lead list The lead lists we deliver to subscribers are compiled from publicly available business listings and Florida public records. Each row is a business name, street address, published business phone number and Google rating. We do not collect owners’ personal email addresses, mobile numbers or home addresses, and we do not scrape social networks. If you run a business, especially a sole proprietorship where the business listing is effectively you, and you do not want to appear on lists we compile, email alexalligan@suncoastdigital.us with the business name and phone number. We add it to a suppression list and it is removed from every list we deliver from that point on. This is free and we do not ask why. Subscribers receive lists for their own outreach only. They may not resell or redistribute them, and they are responsible for following telemarketing, do-not-call and commercial email laws when they make contact. ## How it is protected Every page and every form submission is encrypted in transit. Each form carries a hidden honeypot field and a bot check, and FormSubmit filters spam on its side before the message reaches our inbox. We are between form pipelines at the moment: the bot check is not verified on our server and there is no rate limit on the relay, so we are saying so here rather than claiming a control we do not have. Please do not send passwords, card numbers, government ID numbers or health information through a form on this site. We never ask for them, and a contact form is the wrong place for them. If a message ever asks you to send those to us, treat it as a fake and call us on the number above. No system is perfectly secure and we will not claim otherwise. If we learn of a breach affecting your information, we will tell you. ## Children This site sells services to businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it. ## Changes to this policy If this changes, the effective date at the top of the page changes with it, and the previous version is in the site’s version history. Where a change materially affects how we handle information we already hold, we will say so on this page rather than quietly editing it. ## Who to contact Sun Coast Digital Media LLC, a Florida limited liability company, document number L26000306690, trading as Sun Coast Digital Media and Sun Coast Digital Media. No payment is taken here and choosing a plan is not a contract. These terms cover the website and the requests you send through it, your project is governed by the agreement you sign, and that one wins if the two ever disagree. Effective 15 September 2026 ## What these terms cover These terms cover your use of this website and any request you send through it. They are not the agreement for a project, that is a separate document with a scope, a price and a schedule in it, signed by both sides. If the two ever disagree, the signed agreement wins. Using this site means you accept what is below. If you do not, please do not use it. ## A form submission is a request, not a contract Choosing a plan, submitting the plan request form, requesting a lead list, or booking a call does not create a contract, does not reserve capacity and does not oblige either of us to anything. No payment is taken on this site. There is no checkout that charges a card, despite the page being called checkout, it collects the details we need to write you a proposal. Work begins after a written agreement and not before. We may decline a request. Common reasons: it is outside our service area, outside what we do, or we do not have room. ## Published prices The prices on this site are real starting points for the scopes described, not estimates designed to be revised upward once you are talking to us. We publish them so you can decide without a call. They can change, and the price that applies to you is the one written in your proposal. Growth plans include a managed advertising budget within the monthly figure; the advertising platforms, not us, control how that budget is delivered and what it costs to reach anyone. Discounts described as annual are conditional on an annual term. ## Lead list subscriptions A lead list subscription delivers, each month, a spreadsheet of businesses in the South Florida area you chose that match the target you gave us at signup. Each row carries a business name, street address, published business phone number and current Google rating. Rows without a published phone number and duplicate rows are removed before delivery. The first list is delivered within 48 hours of signup and each list after that on a monthly cycle. The rows are compiled from publicly available business listings and Florida public records at the time the list is built. Businesses open, close, move and change numbers, so we do not warrant that every row is current or that any business on a list will want what you sell. If a delivered list is short of the agreed row count or contains rows that were wrong when we built it, we replace those rows; that replacement is the remedy for a defective list. Lists are licensed to you for your own business’s outreach. You may not sell, rent, publish or pass a list to anyone else. You are responsible for how you contact the businesses on it, including compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act, the national and Florida do-not-call registries and the CAN-SPAM Act. We can point you to the basics, and we are not lawyers. The published starting price is a starting point. The monthly price for your subscription depends on the row count and how narrow the target is, and is the one we confirm in writing before you pay. Subscriptions are month to month. To cancel, email us before your next list is due and it will not be sent or charged. A list that has already been delivered is not refunded, except as described above. ## What we do not promise We do not guarantee results. Search rankings, visibility inside AI assistants, traffic, leads and revenue are determined by platforms we do not control and by factors specific to your market. Nobody who tells you otherwise is being straight with you. Case studies on this site describe work we designed and built. We publish no traffic, ranking, conversion or revenue figures for them, because none have been independently measured and verified. Reviews are the genuine words of the people who wrote them and describe individual experiences, not typical results. Timeframes we publish are the timeframes we work to, and they assume we get what we need from you when we need it. ## What you send us You keep ownership of anything you send us. By sending it, you confirm you are entitled to and give us permission to use it for the purpose of answering you and doing the work. Do not send us anything unlawful, anything that infringes someone else’s rights, or anything sensitive that we did not ask for, see the note about passwords and card numbers in the privacy policy. ## What is on this site The text, design, code and images here belong to Sun Coast Digital Media LLC unless credited otherwise. You may read, quote, link to and share it, including quoting it in an AI assistant’s answer. You may not copy it wholesale to pass off as your own. Third-party names and logos. Google, Meta, TikTok, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, NVIDIA and others, belong to their owners. Naming them describes the platforms we work in. It does not imply affiliation, partnership or endorsement, and membership of the NVIDIA Inception Program is not an endorsement by NVIDIA. ## Our use of AI We use artificial intelligence in building and running what we deliver, including parts of this site. A person is accountable for what we publish and what we ship. Where an automated system speaks or writes to a member of the public on our behalf or on a client’s behalf, it identifies itself as automated. We do not pass an AI off as a human. ## Availability, and links to other sites We aim to keep this site up and correct, and we do not promise it will always be either. We may change or remove anything on it. Links to other sites, including sites we built for clients and our own sister sites, are offered for convenience. We are not responsible for their content. ## Limits This site and its content are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude warranties that are not expressly stated here, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects a consumer right you have under Florida or federal law. ## Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and the courts of Broward County, Florida have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. Before anyone calls a lawyer, call us on (954) 952-3611. Most things are a misunderstanding and take ten minutes to fix. Start a lead subscription See pricing ============================================================================ # Accessibility Statement: Sun Coast Digital Media URL: /accessibility.html ============================================================================ Home/Accessibility Accessibility ## What we test, and what we have not. This site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Every page is checked automatically on every build, and this page tells you exactly what that does and does not prove. Effective 9 August 2026 · 32 pages tested 19 September 2026 ## Where we stand We want this site to work for everyone who wants to read it, including people using a screen reader, a keyboard alone, magnification, or a browser set to larger text or reduced motion. We measure this rather than assert it. Every page of this site is tested against WCAG 2.2 Level AA on every single build, and the build fails if a page regresses. The result of that test is what this page reports. ## Conformance status This site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Partially conformant means most of the standard is met and we are not claiming all of it, because some of the standard cannot be verified by an automated test and we would rather tell you that than imply a clean bill of health. What we can state precisely: an automated audit of all 32 pages, run on 19 September 2026, reports zero violations of the WCAG 2.2 A and AA rules it is able to check, heading order, image alternatives, form labelling and programmatic error association, landmark structure, reflow to 320px, and every text and interface color measured against the 4.5:1 minimum. What that does not cover: automated testing catches a minority of accessibility problems. It cannot tell you whether alternative text is meaningful, whether the order you tab through a page makes sense, whether an error message is understandable, or whether a screen reader announces something confusingly. Those need people, and we have not completed a full manual or assistive-technology audit of this site. Until we have, we will not claim full conformance. ## What is built in A skip link to jump straight to the main content. Landmarks and headings in a real order, so a screen reader can navigate by structure. Every form field has a visible, associated label, and errors are announced rather than only shown in color. Text and interface colors are tested against the 4.5:1 contrast minimum on every build. The opening animation and every scroll animation stop when your browser or system asks for reduced motion. The site works without JavaScript for reading. Forms need it, because the anti-spam check does, and each one carries a phone number and email address for that reason. Keyboard focus is visible, and no part of the site traps focus. On 27 August 2026, a manual pass through every form’s error states found that an invalid field was announced to screen readers, but not linked to the visible reason why. That gap is now closed, on every form on the site. ## What we know is not done No full manual audit with a screen reader has been completed. That is the gap between “zero automated violations” and full conformance, and it is the honest reason this page says partially conformant. The forms cannot be submitted without JavaScript, because the bot check requires it. Anyone affected can call or text (954) 952-3611 or email alexalligan@suncoastdigital.us and get the same result from a person. Some decorative motion is present by default for visitors who have not expressed a motion preference. ## If something does not work for you Tell us and we will fix it. Email alexalligan@suncoastdigital.us or call or text (954) 952-3611, and say which page and what happened. We aim to reply within one business day. If something on this site is blocking you from getting an answer, that is our failure, and in the meantime a person on that number will do whatever the page was supposed to do for you. We build with AI and we say so. This page sets out where it is used, what a person is still accountable for, what we will not use it for at all, and how to ask for a human instead. Effective 15 September 2026 ## The short version Sun Coast Digital Media is an AI-native agency. Artificial intelligence is used in building and running what we deliver, and that is the reason the pricing works the way it does, we do in four hours what a legacy shop bills forty for, and the saving goes to the client. Three rules govern all of it. An automated system that speaks or writes to a person always identifies itself as automated. A named human is accountable for everything we publish and everything we ship. And nothing is generated and passed off as measured, verified or independently sourced when it is not. ## Where we use it Websites and content. Drafting, restructuring and editing copy; generating code; producing alternative text; summarizing and marking up content so search and AI answer engines can read it. A person reviews and signs off every page before it goes live. Generative Engine Optimization. Testing how AI assistants describe a business, and structuring content and schema so they describe it accurately. We query these systems; we do not control what they answer. Paid advertising. Creative variants, audience testing and budget pacing use the advertising platforms’ own automated tools alongside ours. The strategy and the spending limits are set by a person. Social media. Drafting captions, scheduling, resizing and cutting video. Posts are reviewed before publication. Property video. Editing, cutting and captioning. The footage is real footage of a real property; nothing in a walkthrough video is generated. Lead lists. Compiling, de-duplicating and formatting business listings from public sources into a spreadsheet, and, where a subscriber asks for it, ranking rows by how well they fit the stated target. No row is invented: every business on a list exists in the public source it was taken from, and a person checks each list before it is sent. ## Automated systems say what they are Where an automated system speaks or writes to a member of the public on our behalf or on a client’s behalf, it identifies itself as automated. We do not build systems that impersonate a named person. If you are ever unsure whether you are talking to a person, ask. The honest answer is the only answer either we or a system we built will give you. Automated email identifies the business it is sent for and carries an opt-out. A request to speak to a human is honored, not deflected. No system we build claims a name, a job title or a personal history it does not have. ## What we do not use AI for Writing, scripting, inventing or incentivizing a review. Every review on this site is the genuine, unedited words of the person who left it. Producing traffic, ranking, conversion or revenue figures. We publish none that have not been independently measured and verified, and where a client’s own platform reports a number we publish it with its source and measurement window attached. Generating a likeness, voice or quotation of a real person, a client, a founder or anyone else, without their explicit agreement. Making medical, legal, financial or health claims on a client’s behalf. Fabricating credentials, certifications, partnerships or endorsements. Deciding anything about a person that carries a legal or similarly significant effect. Ranking businesses on a lead list by fit is a sort order for a sales call; it is not a decision about anyone. ## Generated images and audio Where an image, video or voice used in something we deliver was generated rather than photographed or recorded, it is labelled as an illustration and it does not claim to depict a real place, job or person. On this site and on client sites we prefer the client’s own photography, and we will say plainly when a placeholder is standing in for a photograph that has not been taken yet. ## Your information and third-party AI systems Delivering this work means some content passes through third-party AI providers. What goes to them is the business and marketing material needed to do the job, copy, briefs, page content, prospect research. We do not put client financial records, passwords, card numbers, government identification or health information into an AI system. If a client’s work involves material of that kind, it is handled outside those tools and we will say so in writing. Personal information you send us through this website is handled as set out in our privacy policy, which names every service a form submission passes through. ## Accuracy, and who is responsible AI systems produce confident text that is sometimes wrong. That is a known property of the tools, not an excuse, so everything factual we publish is checked by a person against a source before it ships, prices, dates, service areas, entity details and anything attributed to a third party. Sun Coast Digital Media LLC is responsible for what it publishes and what it ships, whether a person or a system produced the first draft. If you find something wrong on a page we built, tell us and we will correct it. ## Asking for a human, and opting out You can ask at any time to deal with a person rather than an automated system, or to be removed from any automated outreach. Neither request costs anything and neither needs a reason. Email alexalligan@suncoastdigital.us or call or text (954) 952-3611. ## Changes to this policy If this changes, the effective date at the top of the page changes with it. Where a change materially affects how AI is used in work we are already doing for a client, we tell that client rather than only editing this page.
